Shift : NIGHT - 8 Pm To 5 AM

Job Description:
Please only candidates from the IT field should apply, specifically those with experience working in a software house. Applicants should also be familiar with how chat-based platforms like Discord, Twitter, and DA operate make IDs as well as have knowledge of eBook design and the requirements involved in that work

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in the software industry.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
