IT Support

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, networks, and office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Respond to technical support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and MS Office applications.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of email accounts, VPN access, and user profiles.
• Support company CRM, ERP, and real estate-specific platforms.
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning correctly.
• Monitor IT inventory and assist in procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
• Provide IT onboarding and training for new employees.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, systems, and user guides.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferably in a real estate or corporate environment).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM or property management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
