IT Support

Job Summary:
Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and systems at the medical center. Assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and support ERP system users to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Support and troubleshoot ERP system usage (user accounts, data entry, reports).
• Coordinate with vendors or IT service providers for complex issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (healthcare or business preferred).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
