Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Administer and maintain Synology NAS systems, including user access, shared folders, backup configurations, and firmware updates.
- Support and administer Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, and firewalls.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with Synology NAS devices, DSM interface, and related tools such as Hyper Backup, Snapshot Replication, and File Station.
- Experience with Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Experience managing Google Workspace (G Suite) environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Support and maintain CCTV systems
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service-level agreements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
