Job Role Profile:

The IT Support is responsible for providing reliable technical support and operational assistance to ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and end-user services. The role supports daily IT operations, resolves incidents within defined SLAs, and contributes to maintaining stable and efficient IT environments aligned with business requirements.


Key Deliverables:

  • Provide first technical support for end users, including hardware, software, operating systems.
  • Perform user account management, access provisioning, and permissions in line with security and IT policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, and standard IT tools.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.


Talent Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or technical operations roles.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
