Position: IT Support – Dubai (5.5 Days per Week)
Location: DIP-2, Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions using Active Directory.
  • Administer and support email systems and related applications.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain IT knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Active Directory, email systems, and user account management.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
