Assistant to Regional Aftersales Director

Work Schedule: 6 Days per week (Saturday – Thursday)

Weekly Off: Friday

Role Summary

EVS UAE is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Regional Aftersales Director. This is a pivotal role designed for a "right-hand" professional who will ensure the Regional Manager’s daily operations, site visits, and regional communications are handled with maximum efficiency. You will be the central point of contact for our various service hubs and showrooms across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Manage the Regional Aftersales Director’s daily agenda, ensuring all site inspections, stakeholder meetings, and regional travel are scheduled and prepared for.
• Operational Liaison: Act as the direct bridge between the Regional Manager and branch supervisors. Relay instructions, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure site-level compliance with EVS standards.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering daily data from various sites (service volume, customer feedback, and team attendance) to prepare concise reports for the Manager.
• On-Site Assistance: Accompany the Regional Aftersales Director on site visits across the Emirates to take minutes, document facility needs, and track action items.
• Communication Management: Handle high-priority correspondence via WhatsApp and email, ensuring no urgent regional issue goes unanswered

Candidate Requirements:

• Arabic Native Speaker & Fluent in English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Assistant, Coordinator, or in an operational support role (UAE experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and WhatsApp for Business for team communication.
• Language: Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding regional operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic Native Speaker & Fluent in English
• A valid UAE Driver’s License is highly advantageous for regional travel.
• Previous experience in the automotive, service, or logistics industry.
