Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day IT support services across head office, warehouses, and pharmacy branches
  • Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, POS systems, and business applications
  • Monitor IT incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT systems, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company IT policies
  • Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across locations
  • Provide technical support and training to end users when required
  • Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or services, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and POS systems
  • Experience supporting multi-branch or retail environments (pharmacy/retail experience is an advantage)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
