IT Support

Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Support Officer to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, system troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain Windows systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Manage users, email accounts and password resets
• Assist in basic network troubleshooting
• Backup monitoring and data protection
• Assist in CCTV and basic security system monitoring
• Support internet connectivity and ISP coordination
• Maintain IT equipment and system updates

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT or related field
• 1–3 years experience in IT Support
• Knowledge of Networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT field
• Ability to handle users professionally

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
