Responsibilities
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, devices, and applications.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and equipment for new hires.
Monitor systems, log issues, and document solutions in ticketing systems.
Support operating systems, email, productivity tools, and other business applications.
Assist with updates, upgrades, and basic security practices.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of common business software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
