We are looking for a skilled IT Support Agent to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
- Handle basic networking problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
- Use remote desktop tools to resolve client issues
- Log, update, and track tickets in the ticketing system
- Follow up with clients to ensure full resolution
- Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven IT Technical Support experience
- Excellent English (reading & writing)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS
- Familiarity with macOS
- Experience with remote support tools
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Stable internet connection + quiet workspace
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as A+, MCSA, or CCNA, or any related.
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
Salary & Incentives
- Basic Salary: EGP 7,000 / month
- Ticket Resolution Incentive: +Bonus for every 50 tickets resolved within SLA
- Customer Satisfaction Bonus: +Bonus per month for maintaining 95%+ CSAT
- Attendance Bonus: +Bonus for full attendance
