We are looking for a skilled IT Support Agent to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
  • Handle basic networking problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
  • Use remote desktop tools to resolve client issues
  • Log, update, and track tickets in the ticketing system
  • Follow up with clients to ensure full resolution
  • Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven IT Technical Support experience
  • Excellent English (reading & writing)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS
  • Familiarity with macOS
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Stable internet connection + quiet workspace
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as A+, MCSA, or CCNA, or any related.
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments

Salary & Incentives

  • Basic Salary: EGP 7,000 / month
  • Ticket Resolution Incentive: +Bonus for every 50 tickets resolved within SLA
  • Customer Satisfaction Bonus: +Bonus per month for maintaining 95%+ CSAT
  • Attendance Bonus: +Bonus for full attendance
