Role Description

We’re looking for a Back Office VIP Specialist (English Speaker) to join our growing team in Maadi, Egypt.
This role is focused on supporting our VIP users through chat-based customer service — no voice calls required.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and has a passion for delivering high-quality customer support experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle chat-based customer inquiries from VIP users with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide prompt and effective support while maintaining service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain user confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
  • Strive to enhance user satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker (B2+ level minimum).
  • Previous experience in customer service (chat support preferred).
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Ready to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
