JOB SUMMARY

The IT Support Analyst will work in conjunction with the Infrastructure Team and Help Desk to provide service and technical support to all Company locations throughout Oklahoma. This position is primarily responsible for providing support services to our remote locations but will also provide service and support at our main office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Resolve technological problems of varying size and complexity with thoughtfulness and professionalism
  • Collaborate with field locations to manage their support needs
  • Perform Break/Fix repairs, recognize support trends, and implement solutions to fix core issues at assigned locations
  • Field support calls from the Help Desk and provide remote support
  • Communicate with end-users on a regular basis via ticket updates, emails, and calls
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, computer peripherals, and testing solutions and develop approaches to prevent future problems
  • Maintain onsite networks and devices including network switches, wireless, fiber cabling, Cat6 cabling, cable and rack management, and IoT devices
  • Build relationships and a level of trust with fellow Dolese employees that work at remote locations
  • Regular attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0 -5 years of experience in an IT Support or IT Field Support role
  • Experience with Microsoft Products
  • Experience with network topologies and data cabling (Cat6, Low Voltage, Fiber) (preferred)
  • Experience with wireless solutions, antennas, point to point, and wireless security (preferred)
  • Experience supporting Citrix/RDS Environments (preferred)
  • Experience with VeloCloud, Sophos, Solarwinds, Intune, and Cisco Call Manager (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Must be available to be on the road most of the time assisting our field locations
  • Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a willingness to communicate openly with the team and customers
  • High attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with advanced organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 50 lbs. of weight frequently
  • Ability to perform 80% sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing/sitting/walking
  • Ability to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • Ability to verbally communicate, hear, and see
