Job Description:
FinLogik is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team in Sfax. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with one to two years of experience in IT or networking, who is eager to develop their technical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level support for hardware, network, and web application issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client support requests in a timely manner.
- Provide help desk services and respond to alerts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot daily file transfers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Log and track issues through Jira by creating and managing support tickets.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of IT equipment.
- Execute IT service requests and provide initial assistance to users.
- Collaborate with technical partners and experts when needed.
- Stay up to date with evolving technologies through continuous learning.
Specific Support Areas
General Support
- Provide assistance with Office 365 tools and services.
Email Support
- Support for Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage email quarantines and security filters.
- Handle distribution lists (DL) creation and maintenance.
Application Support
- Provide front-line support for key applications and other internal or third-party systems.
Hardware Support
- Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, desktops, and monitors.
- Provide printer setup and support as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (License) in IT, Computer Networks, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Jira, EFT Globalscape, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Schedule:
Shifts will be scheduled between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with a total of 8 working hours per day.
