Position Overview

The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and technical support services within the Doha branch of Ninethreebyfourth LLC. This role acts as the first point of contact for technical issues, coordinates IT support activities, and assists in maintaining secure, efficient, and reliable IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system credentials in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, assets, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees with IT setup and deactivation procedures.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the branch.
  • Conduct basic training for staff on IT tools, systems, and security awareness.
  • Ensure data backup procedures are followed and assist in recovery processes when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking fundamentals, and office productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or multi-branch environment is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems.
  • Basic understanding of firewall, VPN, and network security concepts.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
