IT Support Engineer

Position: IT Support Engineer

Timing: Night Shift (7 PM - 5AM) (onsite)

Experience: 1+ Years (industrial experience)

We are seeking a skilled IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and servers. The role involves handling user support, maintaining computer and backups, monitoring system performance, and supporting organizational websites and IT infrastructure.

Responsibility:

- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular updates.

- Monitor and update network configurations for optimal performance.
