IT Support Engineer

About the Role

Touch Pro+, Pakistan’s leading Interactive Display & Smart Classroom technology brand, is hiring an IT Support Engineer for its Karachi operations. The role involves technical support, installation, maintenance, and customer training for Touch Pro+ Interactive Displays, Kiosks, Video Conferencing Systems, OPS PCs, and related AV/IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure Touch Pro+ Interactive Panels, OPS PCs, Kiosks, and AV systems at client sites.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to schools, universities, offices, and corporate clients.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, NFC, screen-sharing systems, and Android/Windows features.

Conduct customer training on Touch Pro+ features, digital whiteboarding, Google tools, and smart classroom workflows.

Maintain installation logs, service reports, and client equipment records.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on deployed units.

Coordinate with R&D/technical teams for escalations and firmware updates.

Support demo sessions, exhibitions, and the Touch Pro+ Experience Center in Karachi.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecom, or related fields.

1–3 years of technical support or IT field engineering experience (fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply).

Strong understanding of Windows OS, Android OS, networking basics, Wi-Fi sharing, and AV equipment.

Experience with projectors, interactive displays, video conferencing systems (Logitech/Yealink), or smart classroom tools is a plus.

Good communication skills in Urdu & English.

Ability to travel within Karachi for on-site support.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
