IT Support Engineer

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network infrastructure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system-related issues
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and password controls
• Perform system updates, backups, and security checks
• Monitor and maintain office network and internet connectivity
• Support email systems and cloud-based applications
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation records
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to support non-technical staff
