IT Support Engineer

We are looking for talented and dedicated professionals to join our team!

Key Requirements:

• Must have experience with Server Configurations, Firewall, CCTV, Access Control System, M365 & Microsoft Azure, E-mail Migration from any e-mail service provider to M365, DNS records, Cisco / Aruba Switch and Routing & V-LAN Configurations.
• Proven experience in IT support, system engineering, or network engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Qualification: Certifications such as MCSE / MCITP / CCNA / CCNP + N+ & A+ etc...

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of GCC experience required

License: A valid Qatar Light Driving License is a plus
