Job Description Summary

Provide reliable, secure, and efficient IT support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Responsible for resolving end-user issues, maintaining local infrastructure, and delivering services aligned with global IT standards, policies, and SLAs.

Job Description:

• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA through the global service desk
• Provide hands-on support for end-user devices and collaboration technologies in hybrid environments
• Operate and maintain local IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and endpoints
• Perform monitoring, patching, lifecycle management, and ensure availability and security
• Stage, deploy, and support end-user hardware and software
• Maintain compliance with licensing, configuration, and asset standards
• Administer user accounts and permissions where required
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
• Identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, global support, and vendors

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 1–3+ years IT support experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
