IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure system reliability.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform regular software updates, system backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and data backup procedures.
• Experience with network devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
