Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for hospital staff and departments
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, POS devices, IP phones, and network equipment
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, and access control)
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including email, SharePoint, and user access
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
- Ensure compliance with ADHICS and internal IT security policies
- Support and coordinate with vendors for HIS, CCTV/ANPR, IPTV, and other healthcare systems
- Maintain antivirus (Sophos) and endpoint security across all systems
- Monitor licenses such as HSC and OpenScape Business and ensure timely renewals
- Support call monitoring systems and digital signage (Hikvision)
- Troubleshoot IPTV systems (Triax, LG Pro:Centric) and manage configurations
- Assist with IT procurement, asset management, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospital environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with CCTV, IPTV, and enterprise IT systems
- MCC Certification preferred
- Knowledge of ADHICS compliance is a strong advantage
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor coordination skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
