IT Support Engineer (Urgent Need)

What you'll do...

• Design, deploy, and maintain automation scripts with PowerShell and Shell to speed up device setup, imaging, and user provisioning

• Tackle service requests for Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) including access and permission automation

• Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices using remote tools; escalate unresolved cases while leveraging scripting for diagnostics

• Manage and automate setup for printers, headsets, docking stations, and other peripherals—ensuring rapid usability

• Support top VoIP platforms and automate common setup, call quality, and connectivity processes

• Use ticketing systems to log, route, and resolve cases, integrating scripting to accelerate troubleshooting and resolution

• Apply security protocols, multifactor authentication, and device compliance through automated workflows; contribute step-by-step support guides for recurring issues

• Advanced PowerShell and Shell scripting, proven by support automations in desktop, cloud, or ticketing environments

• Mastery troubleshooting the entire Microsoft 365 suite, streamlining routine tasks with automation

• Hands-on skill using remote desktop applications and ticketing systems to resolve multi-step technical issues

• Experience supporting and automating VoIP platform setups and core user-facing features

• Comfort managing hardware and peripherals in dynamic, high-volume settings

• Proven impact automating security controls, compliance checks, and account management

• Exceptional communicator: simplifies complex technical fixes for non-technical users and builds knowledge base documentation
