IT Support Executive

We are looking for IT Support Executive, with exceptional problem solving and communication skills. The individual would be responsible to provide technical support.

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting network & system issues
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, Networking, and Microtech.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Ability to handle Networks & Servers, configuring backup servers
• Possibly training junior staff

Shift timing : 5pm to 2am (on-site job)

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
