IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.

• Perform physical installation of replacement network devices, including Wireless Access Points (WAPs), Gateway Controllers, Switches, and Firewalls.

• Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.

• Managing the computer operations of an organization employees who have problems with their computers or other technology devices.

• Providing technical support for computer networks and performing tasks such as, operating systems, software installation, virus removal, and backup recovery.

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining an organization’s computer network by designing and testing new systems, upgrading existing ones, and troubleshooting problems.

• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintains regular/Weakly data backups of user’s data and security.

• Install and configure CCTV cameras and PABX Systems.

• Inventory Record of IT / Other Related.

• Respond to IT support requests from end-users in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate within relevant disciplines.

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Note: Candidate's residence should be near to office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
