Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Ensure all systems, applications, and network devices are functioning effectively.
- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults within agreed timelines.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or related systems.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.
- Support office network (LAN/WAN) connectivity and coordinate with service providers as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory records and track issuance of devices and accessories.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
- Support remote users and resolve connectivity or VPN-related issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity protocols.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and cloud-based tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or CCNA (optional but preferred).
- Must have experince in dealing with auto dialers & Micro Tick VPN.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
