IT Support Officer

The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of hotel technology infrastructure. The role involves supporting staff with hardware, software, and network issues, while also ensuring guest-facing systems (Wi-Fi, TV, POS, booking systems, etc.) function seamlessly.
