IT Support Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Assist in setting up new equipment and user accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
• Good knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking basics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
