Bio Medical Engineer

We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and technical quality assurance of prosthetic devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and user comfort. This role involves close collaboration with clinicians, designers, and production teams to translate user needs into effective prosthetic solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of upper- and lower-limb prosthetic devices.

Conduct technical assessments, measurements, and provide fitting support during the prosthetics production process.

Inspecting incoming components and finished prosthetic devices for defects or deviations.

Performing mechanical, functional, and stress testing to verify durability and performance.

Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Maintaining QA documentation, test records, and reports for traceability.

Identifying root causes of technical issues and working with relevant teams for corrective actions.

Support calibration, testing, and validation processes to ensure each device meets required specifications.

Document technical specifications, testing results, and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.

4 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and medical device quality standards.

Understanding of ISO standards, QA procedures, and medical device testing protocols is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
