Sr. SQA Engineer

Education: B.CS / BSCS / MCS

Experience: 4-5 Years of experience

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers, providing guidance and support in all aspects of quality assurance and testing.
• Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Design, execute, and automate functional, regression, performance, and integration tests to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects and quality issues.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve software quality and reliability.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Test the application with respect to the provided user/client requirements
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
• API testing using Postman
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance and testing.

Specific Tools, Technologies :

• Selenium, ZAP, JIRA or ClickUp
• DB Oracle and Sql Server

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
