Junior SQA Engineer

We’re expanding our QA team in Karachi and looking for a motivated Junior SQA Engineer who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing as needed
• Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to release readiness activities
• Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and testing practices to improve QA effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and/or automated)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or Selenium is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
