IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, emails, and system access
• Monitor and maintain network and server performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Maintain IT documentation and reports
• Ensure data security and system backups

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support / System Administration / Network Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking
• Experience with servers, firewalls, and basic cloud environments is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain
• Available to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA) are a plus
