Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security protocols are followed
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system backups
• Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Document support activities, solutions, and IT procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
• Support IT-related projects and system upgrades

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are an advantage
