Eficta LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
• Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management
• Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
