Job Overview:
ICalleg LLC (Branch) is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and maintain the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support users across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security best practices are followed
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patches, and system backups
• Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, systems, and support logs
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology deployments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
