Position Summary:
Haisoa LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems
• Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other business applications
• Assist in IT security measures, including antivirus management and data protection practices
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions in the ticketing system
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and IT troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise tools
• Good understanding of IT security principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
