Job Overview:
JZ Logics LLC is seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
• Assist in the setup and support of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
• Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures for future reference
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
• Support IT projects and system upgrades

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
