MS Live Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, networks, and systems).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems.
- Perform system updates, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and solutions.
- Assist in IT security practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
