Job Summary
Pick Cases LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all technology-related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor and maintain IT systems performance and security
- Assist in setting up new workstations and onboarding new employees
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when necessary
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices are followed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud services and remote support tools
- Knowledge of ERP or business management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
