Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to oversee and manage daily IT support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring timely issue resolution, maintaining system performance, and upholding Sycom HN LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and onsite assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
• Support system installations, upgrades, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.
• Prepare reports on IT support performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software applications, and networking.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, operating systems, and IT support tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
