IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer systems, software, and hardware used by our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all computer systems, software, and hardware used by the organization
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Assist with network and server maintenance and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
• Provide training and support to employees on new technology and software
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and industry developments to ensure the organization is utilizing the most effective and efficient systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience with network and server maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance is a plus
