Job Title: IT support specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Provide IT support: Help users with computer issues, software problems, and network connectivity.
• Work with data: Support our databases and help create reports using Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems: Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
• Maintain IT systems: Keep our systems running smoothly and securely.

Job requirements:

• Experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a Bachelor Degree.
• Must have 2+ years of experience

Salary : 500 to 650 BHD
