IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Dubai office, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring uninterrupted IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT networks, servers, and backup systems.
• Respond to IT service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist in setting up new workstations and ensuring proper system configuration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support IT projects, updates, and security protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions to enhance IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple requests.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
