IT Support Technician

Infirise Technologies is a Dubai-based IT solutions company providing proactive, SLA-backed technology support to SMEs across the UAE. We specialize in managed IT services, AMC, cybersecurity, networking, hardware & software support, CCTV setup, and digital transformation solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team and deliver exceptional on-site and remote technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for clients across hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently (both on-site and remotely).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, routers, switches, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime for client IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security settings.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and updates for client systems.
• Support CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring system troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations and Project teams to execute AMC and project deliverables.
• Maintain proper documentation of service requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
