IT Support Technician

Hansel Auto Group is seeking an Full time entry-level IT Support Technician who is excited to learn, grow, and take pride in doing things the right way. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys structured tasks, clean setups, and consistent processes.

Location: Petaluma, Ca (Hansel Honda- Onsite) Be able to travel to Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and Napa at our other locations.

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site with local travel

Key Responsibilities

• New hire onboarding and employee terminations, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and consistently.
• Setting up computers, monitors, phones, and peripherals for new hires and office moves.
• Running and organizing cabling so workspaces are professional, clean, and tidy.
• Providing Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 IT support for PCs, printers, phones, logins, and MFA issues.
• Documenting work clearly and consistently in the IT ticketing system.

Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving IT equipment.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working with cabling and hardware.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Basic computer knowledge required; prior IT experience is a plus but not required.
