IT Support Technician

At TURA, we believe technology plays a critical role in keeping our teams connected, supported, and operating efficiently. We are looking for an IT Support Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting end users across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-service minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support through the MIS Helpdesk and phone support.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices.
• Execute and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly IT processes.
• Maintain and update IT operational procedures and documentation.
• Support VMware Horizon desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Monitor servers, peripherals, antivirus systems, and backup processes.
• Assist with ERP-related system processes within BC.
• Maintain IT inventory, supplies, and operational documentation.
• Support ongoing system maintenance and special IT projects.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and VMware View.
• Working knowledge of Apple products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and macOS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Experience troubleshooting PC, server, or printer hardware preferred.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous IT or helpdesk experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong computer literacy and technical curiosity are essential.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Remote work available after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends
• Occasional overtime may be required

Physical Requirements
