Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist L2
Location: Jonestown PA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 desktop and technical support for end users across the site.
  • Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Handle incident resolution related to hardware failures, OS issues, application errors, login/AD problems, and network connectivity.
  • Perform system imaging, device upgrades, patching, and deployment of new equipment.
  • Support network-related issues, including VPN, switches, wireless access points, and basic LAN troubleshooting.
  • Conduct daily health checks on systems, hardware, and network components to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and licensed software using AMC/asset management systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations, system outages, and cross-functional technical issues.
  • Provide on-site and occasional after-hours support for priority incidents or scheduled maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of IT support experience, OR
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Windows OS, desktop hardware, printers, and common enterprise applications.
  • Experience with hardware repair, imaging tools, deployment processes, and system upgrades.
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
