IT Support/Helpdesk

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to support end users in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, build technical skills, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of technologies.


What You’ll Do

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner

• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals

• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management (Active Directory)

• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

• Document issues, resolutions, and processes within the ticketing system

• Assist with device imaging, setup, and deployment for new hires and refreshes

• Escalate more complex technical issues as needed

• Deliver strong customer service and clear communication to internal stakeholders


What You Bring

• 0–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience (internships count)

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general IT troubleshooting

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar is a plus)

• Exposure to Active Directory or user account management is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work onsite in Mt. Laurel Tuesday through Thursday


Nice to Have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or in progress)
