Department: System Administrator ( Implementation Engineer )

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Fluency in English Communication at a Native Level is a must.

We are seeking a System Administrator / Implementation Engineer to design, deploy, and migrate enterprise IT infrastructure for global clients. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performance environments across on-premises, hybrid, and Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and scale Windows Server environments across physical, virtualized, and Azure cloud platforms

Execute Windows Server migrations (on-premises to cloud / hybrid environments) within project timelines and SLAs

Manage and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online)

Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V

Deploy and maintain Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions (RTO/RPO-based)

Implement and maintain security controls, access policies, and compliance frameworks

Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, and Desired State Configuration (DSC)

Participate in client onboarding and infrastructure migration projects (physical, virtual, and cloud)

Work in a fast-paced multi-client MSP environment with concurrent deployments

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 2+ years of experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Engineering

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments

Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments

Hands-on exposure to virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

Basic to intermediate experience with Azure (VMs, IaaS, hybrid cloud)

Experience with MSP tools (Datto RMM, Kaseya, ConnectWise or similar)

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects

Fluency in English communication at a native or near-native level is a must, as the role involves direct interaction with international clients.

Preferred Skills

Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments

Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-800/801, MS-102

VMware certifications (VCP / VCAP)

Strong understanding of networking (VPN, VLANs, firewalls, access control)

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation

Exposure to AWS or advanced Azure architecture
