1. Technical Skills

o Demonstrated understanding of business support, data analysis, and business process modeling.

o Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM) or system integration tools is a plus.

2. Soft Skills

o Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

o Strong background of Microsoft office skills .

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, or an Engineering degree from a recognized university.

GPA Scale:

• 4 Scale GPA: Minimum 3/4
• 5 Scale GPA: Minimum 4/5

Work Experience:

• 0–3 years of work experience in an IT systems analyst role or a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience or internships at Saudi Aramco or similar innovation-driven or service-based organizations.
